Hans Martin Kunnikoff holds a masters degree in organizational and work psychology, works as an Occupational therapist with 20 years clinical experience from hospitals, municipality healthcare, and assistive technology centers. Before going into academia Hans worked as a project manager within healthcare in a big municipality in Norway using innovative methods like design thinking to improve and implement better systems for welfare and assistive technology which is important to meet the challenges in the healthcare sector. Interested in innovation projects and implementation of projects. His experience is mainly from the education and the healthcare sector. Since 2020 Hans Martin has worked in a multidisciplinary project using VR to educate social and healthcare students.
